EPM
EPM Agency set out to revitalise its digital presence to better reflect its innovative, technology-driven approach and broad range of creative services. The aim was to design a website that seamlessly blends creativity with technical capability, while clearly showcasing the agency’s portfolio and expertise. Working alongside the senior designer, I played a key role in leading the website redesign, with a strong focus on user-centred design, clarity of navigation, and visual storytelling. The project began with information architecture and UX analysis to ensure the site structure supported user intent, before moving into detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and the creation of custom video and animation assets to bring the experience to life.
Requirements & Result
The main challenge was balancing a highly creative, visually rich experience with usability and performance, ensuring the site remained intuitive and accessible across devices. The redesign required a responsive layout, consistent branding, and interactive elements that enhanced engagement without overwhelming users. To address this, I developed structured wireframes and prototypes that clearly defined user flows and page hierarchy, while working closely with the developer through Jira to provide detailed handover documentation, annotated designs, and direct front-end code recommendations to support accurate implementation.
Although the project is still ongoing, the updated design introduces engaging multimedia elements and a refined site architecture that provides clearer pathways to EPM’s services and portfolio. The evolving experience reflects the agency’s dynamic offering and strengthens its digital presence, demonstrating how thoughtful UX strategy and visual storytelling can work together to support both brand expression and user needs.
