Reclamonics
Reclamonics Comics is a website created to promote a new comic universe, with a strong emphasis on personality, playfulness, and visual storytelling. The client wanted the site to feel immersive and unexpected, leaning heavily into motion, interaction, and comic-inspired design to reflect the energy of the brand and differentiate it from more conventional e-commerce experiences.
My role focused on the design and UX of the inner pages, including Dispatches, About Us, Events, Checkout, and Order Confirmation flows. Every page leaned into bold, experimental interactions using GSAP and Osmo integrations, this required balancing expressive visuals with functional clarity.
Requirements & Result
The requirement was to design inner pages that supported a highly animated, GSAP-driven homepage without overwhelming users and ensure e-commerce flows remained clear and friction-free. I also needed to roll out the comic-inspired visual language into inner page layouts that still followed sound UX principles and worked responsively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The final designs provided a structured and user-friendly foundation beneath a highly expressive front-end experience. Content-led pages were designed to be scannable and readable, with clear typographic hierarchy and layout patterns that grounded the more experimental visual elements. Although the site leans heavily into interaction, the inner pages demonstrate how usability and brand expression can coexist. This project highlights my ability to design within complex creative constraints, collaborate with animation-heavy front-end approaches, and make deliberate UX decisions that prioritise the user experience without diluting the client’s creative vision.
