IT Support 365 is a UK-based managed IT services provider that offers round-the-clock IT support for businesses. Their core positioning is reliability, responsiveness and technical expertise, with a service model built around 24/7/365 availability.

The brand needs to appeal primarily to SME decision makers, operations managers and IT leads who rely on dependable support to keep business systems running.

Requirements & Result

I led this project end-to-end, from concept through to final delivery. The objective was to evolve IT Support 365's visual identity while retaining recognisable elements of the existing brand — creating something that would resonate directly with the target audience: SME decision makers, operations managers and IT leads who depend on reliable, always-on support.


The logo needed to communicate reliability, technical expertise and the company's 24/7/365 service model in a way that would immediately speak to that audience's priorities. A key part of the concept was the relationship between the letterforms: the interlocking 'I' and 'T' were designed to symbolise structural support and stability, with the 'T' standing guard over the 'I' to represent proactive monitoring and continuous vigilance — values that resonate strongly with operations and IT professionals evaluating support partners.


Alongside the logo development, the colour palette was reframed by balancing the brand's alert-driven red with softer blues, creating a more approachable and professional tone suited to engaging decision makers at SME level. The result is a refined identity that feels modern, dependable and scalable across digital and physical touchpoints, while clearly reinforcing the brand's core promise of constant support to the people who need it most.
