KLF Developments
KLF Developments required a website redesign to position the brand confidently for 2025 and beyond, alongside a set of branded materials to support their rollout across Dorset, UK. A key challenge was reaching the right audience — KLF Developments specialises in premium, bespoke homes within an affluent market, so the digital presence needed to feel refined, considered, and high-end, while remaining clear and approachable for prospective buyers. The website needed to be hosted on Squarespace, so I designed and built the site with both flexibility and long-term maintainability in mind.
Requirements & Result
KLF Developments required a full website refresh to better reflect the quality of their high-end residential projects and support a refined business strategy. The brief included end-to-end UX and UI design, a Squarespace build enhanced with custom CSS and HTML, and SEO improvements to ensure the site targeted the correct audience. The website needed to prioritise strong visual storytelling, showcase premium property imagery, and provide clear, spacious layouts that felt considered and architectural rather than sales-led. Alongside the website, supporting magazine spreads and social content were required to ensure visual consistency across channels.
The final website delivers a refined, image-led experience that positions KLF Developments as a premium residential developer. A streamlined site structure and considered UX decisions allow projects to take centre stage, while generous spacing and restrained typography enhance clarity and perceived quality. The custom Squarespace build provides flexibility without compromising performance, and targeted SEO improvements have strengthened visibility with the intended market. The result is a cohesive digital presence that aligns with KLF’s evolving brand, supports their marketing efforts, and scales alongside future developments.
